Jerry Bob’s Family Restaurants were started in Tucson, AZ over 20 years ago by Jerry and Margie Filson and Bob, a childhood friend of Jerry. Bob returned to Colorado after a couple of years and went on to open other restaurants there, while Jerry and Margie continued on in the Old Pueblo.
